Based on art pieces created by Robert Foster in 2003, Mr Squash, Mrs Squash and Junior Squash are storage vessels imbued with humour. Their forms are a play on the notion of recycling and compacting aluminium. Their creases give the appearance of smiling, inside and out. Going a step further with the imagination, the brightly coloured domed lids mimic a clown’s hat. This product definitely fulfils the F!NK requirement to bring pleasure to utilitarian objects, tidying up was never so much fun.
